The remedy is identified as Tarentula Cubensis, Mygale Cubensis, Arana peluda in homeopathic literature -- none of which points to any recognized spieces of tarantulas.
The safest bet to obtain the remedy that actually works as expected would be obtaining one of the original US historical remedy kits, such as Fincke's.
Only the original source substance or dilutions (if available) should be used for remedies, as the exact spieces of tarantula from Cuba is unknown (there are known 21 species) and moreover the original spider arrived in the decomposed state.
