Legatum Homeopathicum

Wednesday 6th, November 2013

Dear subscriber,

André Saine and his collaborators have been making additions to the Complete Repertory 4.5 since 1997, adding rubrics and remedies from old materia medicae (mostly Materia Medica Pura Project) and from their clinical experience. These additions were freely available, unfortunately, only for users of one specific homeopathic software.

We thought it would be great if EVERYONE could benefit from these additions (since they are supposed to be free), so we bugged André until he gave us all the files of his additions, just to get rid of us. Thanks for your patience, André :-)

It took some doing to get the data from the files organized into some more enlightened format (some of the additions were, ehm, typed by hand), clean them up, cross-reference etc., but the work is ALMOST done and the data should be available within the next two weeks. We wanted to get it done by the term of publishing of this newsletter, but it would be too hurried and it's a bit too early for Christmas gifts anyway.

For developers of homeopathic softwares, there will be a general SQL database dump available, to be used as they see fit and for the general public there should be an updated version of Kent's repertory included in Mercurius Basic Edition.

Eds.

Question for André Saine

Q: Is it possible to remove pedunculated warts by homeopathy alone? What is your experience?

A: There is no right answer for a wrong question, as homeopathy doesn’t remove anything. However, the question is likely meant to be, can we rid ourselves of pedunculated warts through homeopathic treatment? Read the full answer »

There is also a new alternative answer (submitted by accident ;-) to a miasm question answered previously Read the alternative answer »

Do you have a question of your own? You can submit it here.

Recommended article – Berridge's Clinical Cases

There is a plenty of Dr. Berridge's clinical cases published on Legatum Homeopathicum web site, so we are selecting one of them to provide an incentive for further reading, in case you find them interesting enough. Just reading them will likely not bring much enlightenment, but trying to analyzing the symptoms he provides and comparing his analysis with yours should provide some useful insights.
